Texas Meet

I want to arrange a Texas meet. Probably in Austin, that way we can get people from Houston, San Antonio, San Marcos, and the Dallas Fort Worth area to attend as well.
At this point I'm just trying to get an estimate of interest and when would be a good time to do it.
Who all would be interested?
Austin people...where would be a good location to hold this meet?

Are you talking about a HondaStreetCulture.com meet? If so why dont you jus plan it and go for it? Just what i would do!

Then post it up on all the forums out in Texas, Ill make a banner and help post up if thats what your talking about.

With the Holidays coming up it's harder for me to travel but I went to Dallas for a meet about a month ago. If this is scheduled at a time that I can make it, I'll drive down!

I'm not expecting all the members from Florida and the far reaches to come. I was just trying to get together a meet of people who can get to the town the meet is being held in say 3-4 hours.

That sounds like a plan. Any thoughts on how far from now I should make it? End of January? End of February?

I'm thinking about setting up this meet for mid to late April so it's not too hot out here. I'm thinking Austin for the location. Maybe Zilker Park or something like that. Anyone in Austin have any ideas on a good place for it?

not really sure of a specific place. there's been a few h-t meets in the area but i'd need to check out a few old threads to see where they were held.

I was just down in Austin back in Jan for the Cup Cake Meet...That was definitely a great turnout of cars. There's suppose to be another one probably in either Houston or Dallas
